TOEFL stands for Test Of Home as a Foreign Language (Test of English as a foreign language), organized by an institution in the United States which called ETS (Educational Testing Service). initially, the TOEFL is required for students in countries whose primary language is not English, but want to continue their studies to the countries official language is English, such as the United States, Canada, and Western European countries.
